FlipdropData deletion

Uninstalling Flipdrop, or clearing its storage from Android Settings → Apps → Flipdrop → Storage, erases everything the app keeps locally — which is most of it: the random identifiers, your display name, your sound preference, and your entire progress, meaning every run, your points balance, and every cosmetic you bought.
Be aware this is not reversible, and we cannot restore it, because we never held a copy. The app starts fresh as a new player.
On our server
What we hold is what the game posted to the global leaderboard, along with the anonymous gameplay events. Uninstalling does not remove those — your scores stay on the board. To have them erased, email mark.fajardo@wecreate-services.com from any address with the subject Flipdrop deletion request and tell us:
- the display name you played under
- roughly when you last played, and a score or two you remember
Because there is no account, we cannot verify ownership the way a login would. Those details are what let us match the right records, and we will ask for more if a name is ambiguous. If we cannot identify the records with reasonable confidence, we will say so rather than delete someone else's.
What gets deleted
- Every leaderboard entry posted under that identifier, with its display name and cosmetics
- The gameplay events recorded under that identifier
Your points and unlocked cosmetics are not on that list, because they were never ours to delete — uninstalling the app is what removes them.
We action requests within 30 days and email you when it is done. Deletion is permanent — there is no restore.
Advertising data
Data collected by Google's ad SDK is held by Google, not by us, so we cannot delete it for you. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and manage what Google holds through your Google account.
